Youth Team Registration Information

Welcome to the fastest game on ice!  WRA is excited to bring you the 2026-27 season.  Planning is underway to secure practice and game schedules.  To help us, please register soon!  The early bird price is good until August 9th. 

To help with budgeting, WRA will accept a $100 payment upon registering with balance due September 5th.  Credit card is the only payment option for early bird and your credit card will automatically be charged the registration balance on September 5th.  Credit card or e-transfer option for registration fees will be available after August 9th.

WRA is excited to bring back our Refer a Friend program.  If you introduce a friend or family member to the great sport of ringette and they register and pay, you will receive $50 off your registration fee.  Make sure you and the new registrant fill in the information when registering.

2026-27 FEES

*Please note all registration fees cover:

• Cost of league fees (LORL and GLRL), minor officials and referee fees for games

• Ice costs for practices and home games

• Ringette Ontario's (RO) membership fees, dues and insurance

• Ice costs and instructor fee for our power skating sessions that will run during the season

• Once teams have been formed, team budgets will be developed and additional fees will incur.  Team budgets include tournaments, additional training (dryland/treadmill), team events, coach fees (hotels, mileage etc.) and/or anything the team agrees on

• FUN1, FUN2, FUN3 players will be sorted based on skills during the first few ice times.  Registration fees will be adjusted (if required) after team assignments have been completed

• **All U12 players will be sorted onto our A and B teams in early September.  An additional fee of $65 will be required for those who are placed on the A team

• A registration FAMILY DISCOUNT is available for families with three or more players in the FUN1 to U19 age divisions.  The discount is 50% of the registration fee and is applicable to the lowest registration fee for the third and subsequent child(ren).
